Ana Reed is the Founder of Newmanity. She was born in Australia in a multicultural Australian community and sporting family. Her success as a top CEO Confidant & Executive Advisor extends over a decade where she has lived across 6 continents and worked with some of the world’s top CEOs & leaders from successful global companies. The journey started for Ana as a professional athlete where she developed an early fascination for human performance & how it translates into leadership. She has provided novel transformation across multiple industries including e-commerce, retail, mining, consumer healthcare, CPG, publishing, sports. Since its creation in 2020, her company Newmanity serves CEOs and leaders globally as they navigate new and complex challenges. Patsy Rodenburg, OBE, has been the Head of Voice at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London for 26 years and until recently at the Royal National Theatre.
She trained in Voice Studies at the Central School of Speech and Drama and is recognized as one of the world’s leading voice teachers and coaches, and also as a renowned authority on Shakespeare. Patsy has also worked extensively with CEOs, senior executives around the world and her clients include HSBC, Deutsche Bank and KPMG.
Dr. Simon is an internationally-recognized expert on manipulators and other problem characters and the author of 3 bestselling books: In Sheep’s Clothing Character Disturbance, and The Judas Syndrome.
He’s made appearances on several major television (Fox News Network, CNN, CBS 48 Hours) and radio programs and is also the host of a weekly internet program on UCY.TV called Character Matters. He has helped millions of people deal with disturbed characters, develop their character and his work is used by mental health clinicians around the world.

It all began with one small indie film and an unknown actor, and then slowly developed into a career managing the health and wellbeing of the Winners of Grammys, Oscars and Golden Globes, multinational CEO's and some of the most influential people on the planet.
He combines exercise with a unique wellbeing management service made up of eastern and western, holistic and scientific therapies.

Sharline is a graduate of University of Northern Iowa with a bachelors in Communications & Public Relations.
She has spent time in the legal industry as an Executive Administrator and Business Development Director.

Dominic has over 20 year’s experience in management consultancy and has worked all over the world delivering and implementing company-wide programmes and personalized executive coaching. He works with leaders and teams in some of the world’s leading blue chip organizations. Dominic came into consulting from HM Forces where he spent 9 years in the Army as a musician, he played the trumpet. His career in the Army took him all over the world performing in many different events and musical extravaganzas. At the same time however being deployed in various conflicts as a trained medical assistant treating and evacuating wounded soldiers, as musicians have two roles to play. He now travels extensively taking some of the skills he learned in the Army together with his vast experience working with organizations, helping leaders and teams at being as effective as they can be.
Jeremy is an experienced facilitator and coach specializing in leadership development, team-building, and collaborative change. He has worked with clients in various sectors and industries, including blue-chip, SME, charity, and public service. His approach focuses on building self-sufficiency, resilience, and delivering real benefits to clients' organizations and themselves. Kathleen is an ICF Executive Coach and Licensed Clinical therapist who’s studied relationships over 20 years, and worked with 100’s of C-suite executives as a trusted thought partner. This dual focus provides her with a wealth of knowledge and experience into the way we work as human beings to help others with change and transformation. She has training in Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience and Mindfulness and during her Master’s at University of Pennsylvania, focused intensely on group dynamics, power, leadership development, & strategy, with teachers from Wharton’s MBA Program for Executive’s Senior Advisors on Team Effectiveness. She is a Gottman 7 Principles Educator. Her journey into psychology has gifted the opportunity to mentor with some of the most prominent teachers of Jungian and Depth psychology to understand symbolism as it relates to the collective unconscious.
Mel is one of the world’s first female cricket commentators and outside of the Australian’s summer with Fox 8, Mel works on a variety of global events including the IPL with Star Sports India, England’s summer of cricket with Sky Sports & BBC and ICC men’s and women’s World Cups.
She is also a former Australian women’s cricket player, Cricket Australia Board Member, an order of Australia recipient and Red Dust Ambassador- promoting health for indigenous Australians. Mel also works with leading women in helping them to develop their brands and global leadership presence.
Tom is a high-performance chartered psychologist with over 18 years’ experience.
Tom has a background working in FTSE 100/250 businesses, Private Equity and Venture Capital backed companies, Olympic and professional sport, and the Foreign and Commonwealth office.
He draws on his experience as an executive coach, consultant, sports psychologist, and leadership trainer to enable his clients to deliver more aware, impactful and consistent versions of themselves. He understands what it takes to deliver at the highest level and has supported teams and individuals in achieving success in business and sports.
Neil A. Carousso is an entrepreneur and award-winning journalist who is recognized as a “30 And Under Superstar” by Radio Ink. Neil covers local news and business for WCBS-AM New York.

Trevor Hale has served as a global communications and marketing counselor for almost 30 years (including 11 in mainland China) helping steer companies through transformation and crises.
He’s led global communications at Mercedes-Benz, Ford and INFINITI, and is the founder and CEO of Hale Global Communications which helps leaders and organizations articulate and amplify their stories.
He currently supports clients in AI, autonomous driving, mobility, web 3.0, exploration and experiential industries and is a sought after media trainer.
Gavin Reed is Newmanity’s Project Manager.
Gavin served 6 years in the South African Police service where he was selected as part of Nelson Mandella’s personal protection team. As Nelson’s bodyguard, Gavin learnt the importance of kindness, integrity, freedom and belief in oneself to serve people and humanity. He continues to bring these skills into his role at Newmanity serving leaders around the world. Gavin also spent 15 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry where he learnt how to get the best out of teams. Gavin is passionate about learning and being the best version of himself in order to help people and create lasting change.
Russell is a Director and Photographer based out of Los Angles CA. Graduating with a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the Los Angeles Film school. Russell has worked in many different departments of the film industry.
Since 2010 Russell has worked in art departments as well as camera departments on various studio and independent films.
Russell has since directed shorts films, commercials and documentaries along with photoshoots for clients such as Golds Gym, Sharp Threads and New Balance.
